2015 PHISCC Workshop: HI Surveys Get Real March 16-18, 2015 Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey

• A $30 fee to register for the workshop itself, which covers costs including lunch, morning and afternoon coffee breaks, and private bus service between the hotel and the workshop venue for all three days.
• A $70 fee for the (optional) workshop dinner, which will be held at 7pm on Tuesday, March 17th at The Frog and The Peach, just two blocks away from the Hyatt Regency New Brunswick. The restaurant was named after a British comedy routine and in 2014 was selected as one of the 25 best restaurants in New Jersey by New Jersey Monthly magazine. Dinner will include choices of first course (soup or romaine salad), main course (riccioli pasta, East Coast halibut, pan-roasted chicken breast, or balsamic marinated hanger steak), and dessert (crème brulée, tiramisu, or seasonal fresh fruit with sorbet), along with tea and coffee; gluten-free preparations can be requested at the table. Each workshop participant may bring a guest for an additional $70.
